A leading specialist pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Advisor to join their team at their offices in Cambridge. This company has a unique focus on therapy areas such as HIV/AIDS, chronic hepatitis, cardiovascular conditions and respiratory diseases. The company employs over 3200 people globally with 40% of their people working in Research and Development.
As a Medical Advisor you will report to the Medical Director and your key duties will include;
•Developing ethical promotion materials and strategies
•Providing local medical expert input into global product development teams.
•Represent the company to groups of experts, medical professional groups, societies, regulatory groups at international scientific meetings
•Participating in advisory panels and key conference activities
•Supporting the development of local clinical data
Suitable candidates for this Medical Advisor opening will need to have experience of working in medical affairs. You should also have a medical degree and a good knowledge of the UK industry. You should be a confident team player and have a problem solving approach.
